What you're booking

A private vehicle and local driver for your day ashore in Roatán, together with entries to the experiences shown in your booking. Your vehicle is never shared with other guests and is sized for your party. We may substitute a vehicle of equal or greater capacity.

Your day and its timings

Your day is built around your ship's published arrival and all-aboard times. Every plan is scheduled to have you back at the port at least an hour or more before all-aboard.

Times shown are realistic estimates, not guarantees of exact minutes. Your driver may change the order of your stops — for weather, crowds, ship traffic, or venue conditions — so that your day works. If a stop cannot run safely or is closed, your driver may substitute a comparable alternative.

If your ship's times change

If your sailing's arrival or all-aboard time changes after you book, we rebuild your plan around the time you actually have and send you an updated timeline by text and email, before you sail or as soon as we know. If the shortened day means a booked activity no longer fits, that portion is refunded.

Prices, guests and what's included

Prices are per person in US dollars. Guests aged 4 and over pay the full per-person price. Children 3 and under are free, and car seats are provided free — tell us how many you need. A minimum of two paying guests applies.

Your price includes the private vehicle, your driver for the day, and the entries listed in your booking. It does not include food, drinks, souvenirs, optional activities, or gratuities, which are paid on the spot and are yours to choose.

Payment

Bookings are paid in full at the time of booking. Nothing further is due on the island. Payments are processed securely by our payment provider; we do not store your card details.

Cancellations and refunds

72+ hours before your port day — full refund. Under 72 hours, or no-show — no refund. Your driver and activity slots are reserved and cannot be resold at short notice. If your ship does not call at Roatán — full refund, every time, no questions asked.

Where an activity you've paid for cannot be provided and you do not accept a substitute, that portion is refunded. Private vehicle and driver time is not refundable for weather, closures, or a shortened port day, as your driver and vehicle are committed to your party for that day.

Port times and all-aboard

The docking and all-aboard times shown are taken from your cruise line's published schedule for your sailing. Your ship's actual all-aboard time is set by the ship and printed in your daily program on board — that program is always the final word, and it can differ from the published schedule.

We monitor your sailing and will text and email you if we see a change. Please also check your daily program on your port day and tell us right away if it differs from your reservation, so we can adjust your day before you step off.

Every plan we build keeps a full hour before the all-aboard time on your reservation. That cushion is there so a small difference never becomes a problem — but if your ship's all-aboard is materially earlier than the published time and you have not told us, we cannot be responsible for a missed departure.

Meeting your driver

Your confirmation gives your exact meeting point and instructions. Please be at the meeting point at the time shown — your day is timed from there, and a late start reduces the time available for your stops. If you cannot find your driver, call or message us on the number in your confirmation.

Activity waiver

Every party must complete our activity waiver, signed at least 24 hours before you sail. One adult may sign on behalf of the whole party, including minors.

If the waiver is not signed by then we cannot take your party out, and no refund is due. We send the link with your booking and remind you by text and email until it is signed, so this should never come as a surprise.

Individual venues may also require their own waivers on arrival; those are separate from, and in addition to, ours.

Independent operators

We arrange private ground transportation and reserve activities with independent local operators and venues. Those operators run their own activities under their own supervision and safety procedures. They are independent businesses, not our employees or agents, and we do not control or supervise how they run their equipment, vehicles or staff. Each operator is responsible for the activity it provides, and the separate activity waiver you sign covers your participation in those activities.

Changes you make

You can change your party size or chosen experiences up to 72 hours before your port day, subject to availability; the price will be recalculated. After that, changes cannot be guaranteed.

Who you are contracting with

This booking is an agreement between you and JT Digital, LLC, a limited liability company registered in Pennsylvania, USA, trading as Tour Roatán. Throughout these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean JT Digital, LLC. You can reach us at info@tourroatan.com or on WhatsApp at 717-648-4568.

Using this site

You may use this site to plan and book a day ashore for yourself and your party. Please do not copy, scrape or republish our itineraries, timings, pricing or written content, attempt to disrupt the site, or use it to book on behalf of others commercially without our written agreement. The design, text, timing calculations and itineraries on this site belong to JT Digital, LLC.

Times and availability shown before you book are planning estimates based on your cruise line’s published schedule. They are shown in good faith and are not an offer, a reservation, or a guarantee. Nothing is held for you until a booking is paid and confirmed. Ships, venues and road conditions change; if you are making decisions about your cruise based on what you see here, please book, or ask us first.

Limits on our responsibility

We arrange and coordinate your day, and we stand behind the part we control: your driver, your vehicle, your timings and the refunds described above. To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any booking is limited to the amount you paid us for that booking.

We are not responsible for losses that are not reasonably foreseeable, or for cruise-line decisions, port closures, weather, or acts of third parties outside our control. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. The separate activity waiver covers participation in the activities themselves.

These terms

These terms, together with the activity waiver and our privacy notice, are the whole agreement between us about your booking. They are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, USA. If any part is found unenforceable, the rest continues to apply. We may update these terms; the version you agreed to at checkout is the one that governs your booking, and we will email you if a change affects a booking you have already made.
